The long injury list for the Bills has Sean McDermott resting his starters for the preseason finale on Saturday against Carolina. Probably a wise move with the opener fast approaching. What has been and will be the impact? Where do things stand with rookie receiver Keon Coleman? Who has stood out among the young players on this team? Who is on the bubble? Adam Benigni and Sal Maiorana tackle those questions along with some of yours.

The Bills had already been rocked by a list of injuries that had recently been highlighted by the loss of star linebacker Matt Milano to a torn biceps. Coming out of the 9-3 preseason win at Pittsburgh Saturday night, the list is longer and again impacting the quarterback, receiver, and safety positions among others. Adam Benigni and Sal Maiorana have the latest update and provide analysis on the impact that will likely extend into the regular season.

The Bills are dealing with the fact that star linebacker Matt Milano will be out indefinitely with a torn biceps. The expectation is that he could be back in December, but in the meantime it adds to the list of many questions the Bills have to answer on both sides of the ball as they get ready to face the Steelers in the second preseason game Saturday night in Pittsburgh. Jay Skurski of the Buffalo News joins Adam Benigni and Sal Maiorana with takes from Pittsburgh.

Tough news for the Bills. All-Pro linebacker Matt Milano will be out indefinitely due to a torn bicep that he suffered Tuesday in practice. Milano will need surgery. The loss further impacts a Bills defense that is already transitioning to replace veteran safeties

The Bills are in the midst of a major roster transition as they try to keep the Super Bowl window open with quarterback Josh Allen. Part of that was moving on from receiver Stefon Diggs and center Mitch Morse on offense, along with veteran safeties Jordan Poyer and to this point, Micah Hyde of defense. How much of a drop-off? Veteran Bills reporter Vic Carucci joins with takes along with Adam Benigni and Sal Maiorana.

We know it's only one preseason game, but not a lot of positives coming out of the Bills 33-6 loss to the Bears in the opener. Adam Benigni and Sal Maiorana have certainly learned to guard against overreaction this early, but both share takes on why there may be some cause for concern in certain areas as they look toward joint practice and then the next preseason game at Pittsburgh on Saturday.

Sean McDermott says the starters will see action for about a quarter as the Bills open the preseason against the Bears at home Saturday. That very much includes quarterback Josh Allen as he works in with a new group of receivers. Questions loom on the defensive side as well with injuries at safety, veterans coming off of injuries, and former first round pick Kaiir Elam trying to establish himself at cornerback. Veteran Bills reporters Adam Benigni of WGRZ-TV, and Sal Maiorana of the Rocheseter D&C share takes on all of that and more on Bleav in Bills.

The Bills are nearing the end of training camp on Thursday and looking toward the first preseason game Saturday at home against Chicago. One of the major storylines has been the decision to move on from top receiver Stefon Diggs. They're taking a more by committee approach this year, which raises the question should they be trade discussions for 49ers top receiver Brandon Aiyuk? Adam Benigni of WGRZ-TV and Sal Maiorana of the Rochester D&C share their thoughts in this edition of Bleav in Bills.
