cameron steele has a monster game for ball state who inches closer to a bowl game. central michigan eliminates niu even with 4 turnovers. toldeo edges eastern michigan to take contol of the mac west, setting up a big showdown with a winner take all game vs ball state next week.

toledo was poised for a w then buffalo came to life in the 4th. kent state ends akrons season with a 4th straight wagon wheel win. central michigan and niu have an elimination game next week when maction returns.

ball state has a nice comeback win over uconn. toledo and buffalo battle as they look like the best teams in the mac. central michigan ends the losing sterak as akron literally drops the ball and central runs it in for the game winning touchdown. eastern michigan lays an egg vs niu.

eastern michigan and toledo improve to 4 and 2 while niu akron and central michigan are inching closer to bowl elimination at 1 and 5.

eastern michigan gets a big scare from umass. kent state goes to overtime to beat ohio. buffalo gets their 2nd win of the season on a last second td over miami. niu totally falls apart in the 2nd half as ball state claims their 2nd victory of the season.

miami gets the 2nd big win of the season for the mac. kent state pushes number 1 georgia for all 4 quarters with a incredible effort. niu plays their best game of the season in a one score loss to kentucky. toledo rallys late in san diego but comes up short and eastern michigan fresh off a big win over arizona state gets blown out by a buffalo team that had no wins going into the game.

the eastern michigan eagles get herm edwards fired at arizona state. bowling green comes out of nowhere to upset marshall. lots of mac blow outs and a heart breaking loss for niu.

the mac suffers blow outs all over the map and then takes it on the chin in a 7 over time game to an fcs team. the mac cant get much worse then this. this week the mac has 2 "good" chances to save the season with power 5 games in mac stadiums.

the mac gets blown out on the road at power 5 schools from coast to coast. ohio wins a group of 5 game and a few fcs wins. the mac has a lot of work to do after week 1.  next week the mac gets a few chances to earn a power 5 win and a few mac teams hit the road for group of 5 games.

the mac is back with 3 full days of games. it starts with joe moorehead's fist game thurday in akron and ends with their rivals out in seattle.
