This week we talk with Momprenuer Veronica Bélanger about juggling momming as well as owning and running a business. Her Mompreneur Network helps moms do just that. We also marvel at French pronunciations and show off our cute little dudes (if you are watching on YouTube. If not you get to hear them be cute.)

On this very special and emotional episode we talk death, life and emotional poverty with Laura Collins Lyster-Mensh.
Laura Collins Lyster-Mensh, MS, is an American writer and mental health advocate from Amherst, Massachusetts. She has been founding organizations to solve problems all her life, including three international non-profits. She is the author of four books, and has produced three podcast projects, and is currently serving as Death Doula in residence at Historic Congressional Cemetery in Washington DC. She enjoys being old, and doesn’t mind being mortal.
I talk sleep schedules, personalities and our favorite past times with the amazing Joey Coon. Oh and on vinyl.
Joey Coon is a DMV-based comedian who’s performed at the D.C. Improv, D.C. Comedy Loft, Church of Satire Comedy Club, National Cannabis Festival, and various unsavory establishments all over the east coast. His sometimes-dark comedic style will naturally make you wonder if he’s actually a good person. He’s not! But the twinkle in his eye and his playful material about life, family, war, and his observations make us like him despite ourselves. Joey is an Army veteran, and father of three young boys, so he’s seen darkness and makes us laugh about it.
Dawn took comedy classes in DC in 2016 to face her fears of doing stand up. She was hired from their graduation showcase and has been booking ever since. Dawn has performed from east to west coast. In 2022 opened for Lachlan Patterson in the first cave comedy shows at the now annual Cave Comedy Fest. Dawn founded X2 Comedy to bring comedy to the Shenandoah Valley and has become instrumental in developing the local comedy scene and local comedians.. Her podcast Virginia is For Laughers, a podcast about all things non-hiking in the Shenandoah Valley is becoming increasingly popular that reaches a global audience! Dawn has a warm “we are family” vibe on and off stage with a style of comedy that can be described as light-hearted, observational mom humor based on true life stories or when she notices her human is showing!
I talk with the amazing mother/singer-songwriter Gigi Marie and we go around the world into outer space. A great listen
Had a blast talking with Davine. We talk cooking, being a polyglot and allergies! Oh and I may or may not have blown a kiss to Mike Birbiglia.
