The Murder Of Bessie Little
Episode 348 takes place in Dayton, Ohio, just up the Great Miami River from my hometown. I’m trying to come up with a name for this particular narrative trope, the murder of a woman by the man whose child she is carrying, consequently, the murder of an unborn child as well. There is some question in this case whether Bessie Little was actually pregnant, but the point is, somebody thought she was.Culled from the historic pages of the Dayton Herald and other newspapers of the era. ***A creation Of Pulpular MediaWe invite you to check out Pulpular Media’s newest production, Portals to Possibility, an improvised comedy about an alternate reality, where monsters are real--and hilarious!!!
