1 oz Brothers Bond Bourbon

½ oz peach liqueur

½ oz freshly squeezed lemon juice

1 dash Angostura bitters (optional)-

3–4 oz chilled champagne or prosecco

Garnish: peach slice, lemon twist, or a sprig of mint (optional)

Instructions:

1. Add bourbon, peach liqueur, lemon juice, and bitters to the shaker with ice.

2. Shake well and strain into a coupe or flute glass.

3. Top slowly with chilled champagne or prosecco.

4. Garnish with a peach slice or lemon twist.
