Darryl Shepard joined us in the studio to talk about the latest KIND album "Mental Nudge". We also took a look back at his long career as one of the staples in Boston's heavy music scene.  From Head Cleaner to Roadsaw to Test Meat and all in between, we were able to cover much of Darryl's career. He also did the Hosts' job and answered some listener emails for us which he handled marvelously! The man definitely earned his Notch Beer!
