Karma Games is a board game publishing company known for its innovative designs and tech-driven culture. The company’s flagship game, Clans of Caledonia, has been released in 13 languages and is widely recognized as a modern classic. In 2024, the Kickstarter campaign for its expansion, Clans of Caledonia: Industria, was backed by over 9,000 supporters, raising more than €560,000. With over 13 years of experience as a UI/UX designer and a passion for board games, Drew's designs combine simplicity and beauty. Inspired by pop art and guided by user experience principles, he has done the graphic design for titles like Robomon, Hissy Fit!, the HUNTED series, and all of the Solo Game of the Month games. Drew is also a game designer! Small-Time Heroes has been a passion project of his for many years. He started designing games after he gave up playing Hearthstone semi competitively and wanted something to fill that void. After 1000's of hours of Slay the Spire, listening to every single BGDL episode, and taking a game design course with Justin Gary, he created Small-Time Heroes, a card players love letter to Slay the Spire and the digital rogue-likes that came from it.

Allan Kirkeby worked in the computer games industry for 2 decades, as a designer, producer and later CEO. Designing board games as a hobby since 2016, his first published game “Itchy Monkey” was in 2018. He is the organizer at the Danish roleplaying and boardgames conference “Fastaval” since 2020. Today he works as an advisor/ mentor for game startups.

Jarosław "Jaro" Andruszkiewicz is a co-founder of PHALANX, a publishing company specializing in unique board games. He co-designed the games Magnates and Race to the Rhine with Valdemar Gumienny, and Hannibal & Hamilcar with Mark Simonitch.
