Sometimes people don't quite believe it's Bob when they pick up the phone, and this episode is no exception! Bob searches for ways to prove to his first caller that it is really him, which leads to a conversation about when Fuller House is returning to when he's planning his next stand-up special. Later, he consoles a fan who has been experiencing lots of loss in his family and discusses using comedy to cope. Plus, Bob reminisces with a young man about their shared love of Chris Farley.
