Bobby Hicks (@thisfellow) joins us on the podcast to chat about why you have to hustle, how investing in people is the best thing you can do and how you can get better at video. He also dives into what quarantine has been like for him as a competitive athlete and how he is getting his training in. Bobby actually moved from Florida to NYC, as he describes it, "without any real skills." He found a job at the Soho Grand Hotel and after years of working 2-3 jobs, put himself in a position where he could pursue life exclusively as a content creator. Since then he has continued to teach himself the finer points of photography and video production and been able to work on projects with companies like Bose, Audi, Speedo and more. He recently launched his own production company, @fellowfilmproductions and shares with us what it is like to manage that during the crisis. A great conversation with a self-made creator who is always looking to get better and bring a smile to the faces of his audience.
