What you see is not always what you get on IG
from lighting, posing and cherry picking photos I see a lot of media that paints a false picture and down plays the work needed to achieve that athletic physic.
I recently did a photoshoot and have been very up front and honest that how lean I got is NOT where I could stay if I wanted to be healthy, have balanced hormones, energy and continue to build muscle.
I've put more body fat back on now and yes I still use my photos for social media but I'm always honest about that. However I still look shapely and sculpted. It is possible to get that body, just not in 12 weeks. That shit takes time.
From changing lifestyle habits, learning to train in a way that will actually grow muscle and supporting it with nutrition...Ruby and I talk through all the things needed to build a physic like ours.
