Ross Millington is a middle and long distance runner with masses of experience under his belt. He first started running cross country when he was in school and enjoyed it so much that he decided to join an athletics club. Since then, Ross has gone on to compete at various events all over the world at a high level, where his biggest event seen him take on the best from around the world at the 2016 Rio de Janeiro Olympic games. At the games, he represented Great Britain in the 10,000m. Ross talks to us about his journey and career in running, and also gives us some tips and advice on how we can run better and to listen our bodies.

Seychelle is a SUP athlete who has gone on to win many titles including the overall APP SUP world championship. She is a Guinness world record breaker, a qualified personal trainer and a certified nutrition coach, just to name a few. Seychelle speaks very passionately about her journey through stand up paddle boarding and talks to us about how she has always lived her life on the water. She lets us in on her daily rituals which keep her focused and productive throughout the day. Seychelle is calm and relaxed on the exterior, but definitely has a fire inside to become the best possible version of herself. Jordan Thomas is the World and European champion in karate. He comes from a strong lineage of karate champions and tells us what life was like growing up.
