The world needs to remember that plants are out to kill you, and Kyle is here to keep that thought fresh in our heads with his pick of BODY SNATCHERS (1993), the 3rd and arguably most critically-acclaimed take on Invasion of the Body Snatchers. If you watch closely, you might pick up that this version uses the military-industrial complex as a metaphor for loss of self as well as a corrosion on humanity for both alien plant people and the surviving humans.
