These activities can range from the mundane, such as waking up early, commuting to work or school, and completing household chores, to the more meaningful, such as spending time with loved ones, pursuing hobbies and interests, and engaging in acts of service and volunteerism. For many, the daily routine is a source of comfort and stability, providing a sense of control over their lives in an unpredictable world. Sometimes though, the darkness can come rushing in when we least expect it.
