Tuesday marked the beginning of a long-awaited preliminary hearing that's expected to last several days in Los Angeles. D4vd, whose real name is David Anthony Burke, is accused of killing 14-year-old Celeste Rivas Hernandez, who he was allegedly in an illegal sexual relationship with. At the end of the hearing, the judge will determine if the prosecution has presented enough evidence to take the case to trial.
