Troy Johnson has an accomplished career as a music writer, food writer and TV personality with Food Network and Big 10 Network. Yes he has Emmys. Yes he has great hair. But we wanted to get to know the man behind the statues and stunning good looks.

We recorded this episode in January in a hotel room right next to SFO that smelled like airplane exhaust and broken dreams. We were all on our way to Guy Fieri's birthday bash and Troy stopped by to pre-game with a great conversation and some room temp, flat beer.
