Interview With Bob Motta Host Of The Defense Diaries Podcast

We are joined today by the host of of The Defense Diaries Podcast, attorney Bob Motta, Jr.  Earlier this year we discussed the case of native Californian, former doctor and current death row inmate Anthony Garcia who was convicted in 2016 of quadruple murder in Omaha, Nebraska.  Bob was his attorney and in this interview he gives us a different perspective from the defense side of things, since our episodes heavily leaned towards the prosecution.  We also talk about his podcast which gives the listener exclusive access to audio taped interviews between  serial killer John Wayne Gacy and Bob's dad, Bob, Sr., who represented him at trial.
