This is a very special BONUS episode as Genesis is a gymnast for the Nebraska Cornhuskers from Prosper, TX. I’m excited to feature Genesis on the podcast as there are many similarities between the sport of wrestling and the sport of gymnastics. I also found her journey to be very similar to that of a wrestler or one that any individual competing athlete might encounter.
