And then Tommy Sobel, Steven Spielberg's former assistant and now founder of Brick, a grassroots movement that encourages people to put their phone down. They discuss why and how we are addicted to our phones and social media, as well as remedies like meditating, and finally how to start controlling your phone instead of letting it control you.
