Yesterday, we were shown unseen footage of Brian Higgins strolling around the Canton PD an hour or so after Karen Read dropped John O'Keefe off at the house on Fairview Road. The surveillance showed him doing various things like moving vehicles and transfering items from one car to another... but even more curiously, it showed him talking on the phone despite him denying that he made any phone calls that night. So, who was he talking to that late at night? And what were they talking about?....
