Abhishek Joshi
I am a life & relationship coach primarily focused on helping couples improve their relationships
I met my wife in 2018. We could not have been more different. We were different in so many ways but there was one thing common. We both had a growth mindset. In the last 7 years I saw the true power of growth mindset. There were many occasions where we really had to dig deep and lean on each other. This is what sets our marriage apart. We face challenges many times but each time we continue to find ways to move forward.
More about me -
I was an engineer in India with an ambition entrepreneurial dream. On my journey, I found AI to be fascinating that got me to the US for my masters. I joined amazon as a Software engineer but soon after discovered Tony Robbins and the world of personal development. I spent a few years learning as much as I could about personal development. This is when I experienced my real test. In 2019, I was almost fired from amazon because of low performance. I spent the next year bouncing back so hard that I was promoted in the span of a year. But in the middle of this, I lost my father to covid. I was shattered and had to truly learn to rebuild my internal self esteem after this. This journey took me two years when I felt ready to help people. In the last 2.5 years I have coached multiple clients and it has been an exhilirating experience.

The Zero Method: Awaken the Hero Within
THE ZERO METHOD
The Zero Method focuses on reclaiming our lives and choosing a path forward from whatever circumstances, trials, or challenges we are facing or have faced leading up to this current moment. This book explores the question of what it would mean or look like to have complete ownership over our lives? This book explores the current challenge that we are often out of touch with who we are and what we want. Without being connected to ourselves, taking ownership is impossible.
This book outlines ways in which men can identify, tap into, and take care of their emotional needs. By becoming more connected to who we are, we gradually become stronger "owners" in our lives and unleash our hero potential.

Septemics: Hierarchies of Human Phenomena: Analysis, Prediction and Management of Human Affairs
Portions of this book are posted on Septemics.com Isaac Asimov, in his famous Foundation trilogy, imagined a future in which a science of the mind could accurately predict human events. This work is a down payment on that promise. It comprises a revolutionary and elaborate system for accurately analyzing, assessing, predicting and managing the behaviors and characteristics of groups and individuals. It is a textbook about a new philosophical science called Septemics, which consists of thirty-five scales, each of which delineates the exact sequence and patterns in which human beings actually behave and manifest in various contexts. Each of these scales describes an axis upon which individuals, and/or groups, advance or decline. This book would generally fit into the literary category of Psychological Philosophy, although there has never been a book quite like this in human history. One must actually read the book in order to access the power of its contents, because it is not like anything else.

Carlee Wolfe
From Strategy to Behavior | Purpose-Driven Careers | Adaptive Leadership
I’m a leadership strategist, talent advisor, and coach with 20+ years helping people and organizations grow. My career has taken me from corporate HR at Under Armour and Hyatt Hotels, to Olympic & Paralympic programs, to grassroots nonprofit work. Along the way, I’ve learned that the real drivers of growth are resilience, clarity, and purpose - not titles or perks.
My path hasn’t been linear - I’ve navigated career pivots, big moves, and tough leadership moments. Those experiences now shape my work helping others build skills for the future, lead through change, and find fulfillment in their careers and communities.
I bring practical insights, real-world stories, and a clear, no-fluff style. If your audience values growth, leadership that feels human, and actionable takeaways-not just trends-I’d love to join the conversation.

It’s Gonna Get Messy.
by Becca Eve Young
She built the life she was supposed to want—a high-flying career, a marriage, a carefully crafted plan. Until everything came crashing down. A dear friend dies. Her marriage unravels. She’s laid off while alone in a foreign country as a global pandemic hits. Then, just when she thinks it can’t get worse, she gets the call that her father has died.
Stranded in rural Mexico, cracked open by grief, she experiences a supernatural encounter under the full moon that sets her on a wild, often hilarious, sometimes heartbreaking journey. From car crashes and chaotic hookups, to silent meditation retreats, psychedelic revelations, robberies, and mystical moments—this is what happens when life blows up and a woman dares to say yes to becoming someone new.
Becca’s journey is raw, hilarious, and a deeply human memoir that reads like fiction. What starts as a freefall becomes a wild quest to untangle grief, rewrite old stories, and rediscover her own worth. Told with spiritual sass, hard-won wisdom, and gut-punching honesty, this incredible true story is for anyone who’s ever felt lost in their own life and is searching for more.
For fans of Glennon Doyle, Chelsea Handler, Gabrielle Bernstein, and Elizabeth Gilbert, this is a raw, funny, and soul-stirring invitation to remember who you are—and reclaim the freedom to become who you were always meant to be.
Just know: it’s gonna get messy.

Christopher Sprague
Leadership Consultant Enabling Organizations and People to Be Their Best.
Chris' leadership model isn't what you'd expect.
It isn't a Fortune 100 executive or a hardworking manager who encouraged him to be his best.
It was his high school math teacher, who inspired greatness in students and enabled them to achieve far more than expected.
Why do some leaders inspire greatness, while others create toxic or stagnant environment?
While leadership models abound, poor management and unhealthy workplaces are common, stifling the potential of people and organizations. Why did a high school teacher succeed where so many business leaders fall short?
To find out Chris surveyed hundreds of people about their most powerful and positive leadership experiences. A clear pattern emerged: stories of inspirational leaders who brought out their best did occur but were uncommon in the workplace.
Chris seeks to reveal what drives inspirational leadership and how it empowers individuals, teams, and organizations to achieve more than they thought possible, in a healthy, sustainable way.
