  • Ep 177: Susan Mercer on Writing Her Book, A Graceful Goodbye
Join Jenn McRobbie of The Author Incubator interview author Susan Mercer on the writing and publishing of her book, A Graceful Goodbye.  Susan didn't really knew that writing her book entailed going through a lot of emotions. The topic for it just came to her at a time when she was thinking of something different to write about. For her, A Graceful Goodbye was not just something she wanted to write, but it was also a book that needed to be written to support people.  The more she wrote and read the book during the writing process, the more she felt that the effort was all worthwhile. "I would recommend Angela’s program of encouragement, accountability, dedication and discipline with having the support of fellow authors writing at the same time," she said. She added that it was easier to work with others experiencing similar emotions during the process instead of going it alone.
