Books are Chic

This conversation was a long time coming as Lynda is someone I have "known" for a while but never have had the chance to sit down and chat.  She is just so amazing on so many levels.  This chat we came together to celebrate her latest novel, The Matchmaker's Gift, which is one of my top picks for 2022.  It is an homage to grandmother's and love and finding your true passion.  Lynda was meant to write this book.  I hope you enjoy this episode as much as I enjoyed chatting with Lynda!

Bradeigh Godfrey's debut novel, Imposter, is a page turning tale of two sisters and the secrets that follow them.  I LOVED this book and if you listen to the chat you will hear me talk about how I was shocked this was Bradeigh's debut!  It is that good.  She is also part of the writing duo, Ali Brady.  We talk medical mysteries, her day job, getting started writing and all the things.  I loved chatting with her!

Elyssa Friedland is one of my go to authors.  Her books are guaranteed laughter and joy with big heart.  Her latest, The Most Likely Club is nothing short of all those things plus it is an homage to my favorite decade, the 90's.  I went from 8 to 17 in the 90's, all some of my most formidable years, so the nostalgia runs DEEP.  I love this chat and you really only have to listen to understand why.

I had the best time chatting with the wiring duo that is Ali Brady.  Ali Brady is made up of writers turned besties, Bradeigh Godfrey and Alison Hammer.  Their debut, The Beach Trap is HGTV meets The Parent Trap and it was one of the funnest beach reads of the summer.  We chat writing, the beach, books and SO MUCH more.  I love sharing this episode on Labor Day as this is the perfect book to take you back to the beach as we approach fall!

One of my favorite chats that I had when I started my Zoom chats was with Jane L.
