After mysteriously losing our last two episodes (seriously, what kind of evil podcast hex is this?!), we’re finally back on track. This week, we dish about our Bar Rescue adventure — chaotic, messy, but definitely not haunted (unless you count the vibe). We open this week’s episode with an urgent update: our ghost, Mark, is acting up again. From poltergeist behavior to very coincidental Ghost Tube messaging, it’s clear he’s either trying to scare us or become another member of Boos and Banter. Then, we check ourselves into the St. Louis Lunatic Asylum—because apparently back in the day, all it took was “imaginary female trouble” or a little too much bookworm energy to get locked up. We dive into the history of the institution, then crank the volume with a lineup of fake band names inspired by the real (and ridiculous) reasons people were admitted.

We tried to figure out which cryptids are real and which ones were cooked up by ChatGPT... turns out we’re terrible at both folklore and reading.
