While they have been gaining traction in the market over the past years, the pandemic has truly caused a surge in demand due to travel restrictions and standard operating procedures (SOPs) implemented by the government to prevent the further spread of the COVID-19 virus. Since setting foot on Malaysian soil in 2018, MrSpeedy, recently rebranded to Borzo, has been at the forefront of this booming industry. We speak with Lingesh Thayala, Country Manager of Borzo about their efforts to create more jobs within the industry and their future expansion plans.
