I wanted to give you one more bonus before we jump into our brand new episodes that will launch next week on January 12th!
It is a Guided Meditation and it’s actually the first one I released on Be Bold Begin.
And I am putting the question to you: What do you want and what do you want to give.
Finding intuitive answers to questions like these can be accessed easier when we are being guided in a focused meditation, it gives our minds permission to let go, to be guided and to flow and at the same time our bodies can relax into it too, so the discovery becomes a whole body experience and it can be easier to connect to ourselves this way.
So try and find room to just allow the process to be whatever it will be and enjoy!

It has obviously been a difficult year.
So in honor of this year and in honor of this being the week of New Years, with 2021 around the corner, I wanted to share our TOP listened to episode!
This episode outlines very briefly how to give yourself LOTS of permission during painful experiences and how to make choices to move through them. It's simple, yet powerful and feels soooo perfect for this time of year since it also speaks lots of end-of-season gratitude as well.

This year has been a doozy! Thank you for your listens and embarking on your own creative journey along with us. We sincerely hope we are creating space and permission with these conversations and providing tools and tips for your own life and process.
This episode's re-release is in honor of all of you who may be struggling with an addiction or have someone in your life that is or might be. Even if you don't listen, there are resources in these show notes you can utilize.
The holiday's can make this struggle an even harder one. This our reminder to you that YOU ARE NOT ALONE.
This RE-RELEASE features KylEast, a powerful singer songwriter. Stay tuned to the end of this episode to be able to listen to her single CHAINS in it’s entirety.
A recent review of the song by All Ashore explains the theme really well:
“[KylEast] tackles body dysmorphia and anorexia in another industrial, synth-laden gut punch. Her words begin as hushed lamentations before leaping into a full rage against the commodification of self, spitting such condemnations as “Here she is / Your worthless wonder,” with as much contempt as empathy. It lays bare the horrors of feeling ashamed of your own body while still attempting to talk yourself out of a hole. Her delivery is drenched with conviction and the drive of someone who has personal experience with the words they sing. If KylEast aimed for a body image anthem, she has absolutely succeeded.”

The amazing Joy Shannon is our guest on today’s show and we talk about her life long journey with creativity and healing and how the two intersect. Her new album The Cave is being released with "releasing" in mind by making it available on the Winter Solstice (a day of ritual and releasing) I think this conversation is the perfect note to end 2020 on (no pun intended) as well. When we let go, we make room for more magic and opportunity to come into our lives and the journey Joy Shannon shares has wonderful examples of these life moments.
Be sure to tune to the whole episode because we are going to play the entire sneak peak of her not-yet-released song Cloister from the album The Cave at the end of the episode.
We want to wish you happy holidays and to let you know that we will still be sharing some fun things weekly with you in the coming weeks but our Season 4 with brand new full episodes will be coming to you starting January 12th.

What does it mean to be our whole selves? Why do we keep parts of ourselves separate and compartmentalized? What parts of ourselves do we bring with us when we show up in different communities and in different roles? And what would it feel like to be “whole” and unapologetic when it comes to who we really are…as our authentic selves?
My guest today is Shana Bianchi of Mindful Divine and we talk about lots of things but this idea of incorporating our whole selves into all parts of our lives is at the core of our conversation. Shana talks about what it took for her to “shift” into this way of life and thinking and I personally relate to her story quite a bit.
I am doing myself and my purpose a disservice whenever I don’t allow my whole self to participate. This conversation with Shana was a great reminder of that and I am challenging myself to show up even more in this way. And maybe it will incite you to do the same.
So get cozy and get ready to be inspired and learn how to lean into your whole self a little more.

Kind words are a creative force, a power that concurs in the building up of all that is good, and energy that showers blessings upon the world." —Lawrence G. Lovasik The power of words has changed my life many times but one of the most powerful ways in which I had to discover the way I used my OWN words was when I was asked to observe how I talk to myself. Many of us spend a lot of our energy talking negatively to ourselves and I was definitely not the exception. I had no idea how mean and unkind I was to myself. And not just to myself but also the self-talk permeated into areas of my life around the things that I did. Like one of my favorite reframes I refer to is the small question “what if it were easy?”
We could all use the occasional self-talk tune-up. In this episode we break down a way to begin and if you're familiar with how this process works, it's the perfect reminder to check in with ourselves again. Enjoy!
