Collecting feedback from the end-user in business or your day job - If you’re creating a new product or you're running a service-based business, customer and client feedback is incredibly important. Ensure you have a strategy on collecting this information. So again you are putting your time and energy in the right place.
3. Creating strategic habits so you use less energy to complete the day-to-day - I share a great example of my start-up and wind-down daily routine.

Have you ever sat down and thought about all of your life zones or broad categories of your life? For example, have you listed all of the large segments that you touch every day such as your family, friends, career, health, and fitness, etc.?

As the manager of your own life, you will need to regularly “take stock” of all your life categories to see how much time or energy each requires. In regards to energy, does the category increase your energy (energizes) or reduce your energy (depletes)?
