The Celtics blow out the Suns tonight 127-112. This was an offensive masterclass. The Celtics shot 25-50 from 3 and had 31 assists on their 47 made field goals. JB led the way with 37pts on a super efficient 14-23 from the field. Tatum had 26 and Al chipped in 24pts on 6-10 from 3. As good as those 3 were on the offensive end, White and Holiday matched it on the defensive end.

This really was a great game from this Celtics team. They did give up 13 offensive rebounds in the first half which certainly was an issue but they cleaned it up in the second by a good margin which allowed them to really pull away in this game. It wasn't perfect but it was pretty close to it. They improve to 52-14 on the season and as of right now, have a 10 game lead over Cleveland and Milwaukee (this might change as the Bucks are leading Philly right now). The Celtics are rolling!!!

The Celtics beat the Suns 117-107 in a game where KD drops 45pts!! That number seems ridiculous and it is but I don't think it is indicative of how well the Celtics played defensively. I thought Holiday and White were both excellent on the defensive end highlighted by a Holiday steal where he turned into a NFL Safety and a block from White where he reached behind his body for an insane transition block.

I think the Celtics got great contributions from the starters per usual despite Porzingis not being available. What really stood out in this game was the minutes we got from Kornet and Pritchard. They both played really well and honestly have been for a while which is great to see as we near the ending of the regular season. The Celtics improve to 49-14 on the season and remain 8 games up on the Cavs and Bucks in the Eastern Conference!

The Celtics fall to the Nuggets 115-109 and lose back to back games for the first time since Nov. JB came to play with 41pts and 13reb but his running mate Tatum was nowhere to be found unfortunately. JB wasn't perfect as he did miss 7FTs but he was pretty close to it. Offensively and defensively, JB was the only reason the Celtics were even in this game.

Porzingis did play well in stretches but was dominated by Jokic on the defensive end (as to be expected). Jrue Holiday did hit 2 huge 3s down the stretch to give the Celtics a chance but wasn't a major factor throughout. Tatum missed a wide open corner 3 that could've given the Celtics a 1pt lead with :40 left but missed it and also had a team high 5 turnovers in this game so it really wasn't his night. Definitely a tough loss but onto the next.

The Celtics blew a 22pt 4th quarter lead to the Cavs in their 105-104 loss. This game was equally entertaining as it was frustrating. The first 3 quarters of basketball were excellent and then the wheels fell off the wagon in the 4th. We were outscored 34-17 in the 4th quarter and gave up 20pts to Dean Wade alone including 5 3pt shots that were essentially wide open.

As good as the Celtics are on the defensive end, the rotations were horrible in that 4th quarter and it led to a lot of open looks. Give some credit to the Cavs for playing physical and forcing us into some tough shots. Despite giving up a 22pt lead, the Celtics did have an opportunity to win this game but we watched Tatum walk the ball up and the refs not hear Mazzulla call a timeout with 4 seconds left. I don't agree with walking the ball up and trying to win on an iso stepback from Tatum as I'd rather move quick and try to win the game on defense but here we are. Tough loss but there's things to learn from. On to the next.

WOW WOW WOW!! The Celtics beat the Warriors by 52! The finals score was 140-88 and this was a game where we saw garbage time from the 7:18 mark of the 3rd quarter!! The Warriors came out of the gates giving JB the outside shot and it cost them dearly as he shoved 19pts in their faces in the first quarter. Tatum backed up that insane JB quarter with 20 of his own in the 2nd quarter which led to a 44pt halftime lead!! That is the largest halftime lead in Celtics history!

Obviously you got great performances from the Jays but everyone contributed to this win on both sides of the ball. They ended the night shooting 55% from the field, 51% (25-49) from 3 and had 35 assists! As good as they were on the offensive end, they were equally impressive on the defensive end. They contested everything, forced them into tough shots, forced a back court violation, got their hands in passing lanes and everything in between. This is by far the best basketball we have seen all year against a Warriors team that is playing some of their best basketball as of late!

The Celtics beat Philly 117-99 and improve to an insane 46-12 record on the season. So many fans have criticized the Celtics ability to win games when the 3 isn't falling and this was a game where we had a season low in 3s made and 3s taken. With no Embiid, the Celtics owned the pts in the paint and the FT battle which is why the Celtics were able to pull this huge win out.

The Celtics big 3 was phenomenal in this one. JB was insanely efficient scoring 31pts on 11-14 from the field. Porzingis scored 23pts shooting 12-12 from the FT line. Tatum added 29pts 11reb and 8ast. Outside of them, both Holiday and White were outstanding on the defensive end which helped get the Celtics out in transition which was another highlight of tonights win. This is the Celtics 9th straight win and 25th straight regular season home win against the Eastern Conference which is pretty insane to say. The Celtics keep rolling!!
