The contributions of Black Canadians to Canada, Canadian culture, and Canadian society have been happening for literal centuries. We may know a few, but many are not in the public consciousness which is a shame. Black people and their contributions continue to be underappreciated, and I want to change that for Black History Month.

Google deleted over 100,000 negative reviews of the Robinhood app to artificially restore it to a 4-star rating, begging the question of the company (and search engine's) neutrality on the internet. The capitalists and the ruling class have gone mask off during these events, and over the course of the pandemic.

Wall Street just let everyone know that the "free market" isn't free.

The struggle is real for all of us, and I wish more people recognized that.

It's a grim milestone, and a hard number to wrap one's head around.

Voting for nationalists and/or authoritarians has pretty much never resulted in the country in question doing phenomenally better as promised. Stop allowing yourselves to be misled and manipulated by people who would happily use your blood to grease the palms of the wealthy and the ruling class.
