A certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach and Master NLP Practitioner, Dylan has lived his entire life surrounded by elite athletes within the Australian sporting world.
Using the knowledge he has accumulated, along with his passion for helping others, Dylan is now a dedicated health and performance coach.
He grew up and spent the majority of his life in Sydney under the guidance of his father Paul; a retired AFL Hall of Fame player and Premiership Coach (who we’ve also had on this show), and mother Tami; one of Australia's leading Wellness consultants.
He is currently doing a world of good around the Men's mental health space (which we unpack a lot in this chat) as well as helping men & women alike re-connect with the idea of a more balanced life - optimizing for greater health & happiness.
We discuss strategies to do just that, as well as highlight some of the major hurdles (on both an individual and societal level) that get in the way and hinder that process.
