Today I want to talk to you about how learning to reprogram my mind and low vibrational beliefs changed my life, and my business. I, like so many, was raised with a limited mindset about money and growth, financial independence. I never really wasn’t shown as a child or youth just how powerful we are as creators of our own realities. I’ve read so many books about this (remember when the Secret came out?) and really tried to grasp the concept of visualizations, but it honestly didn’t all connect right away. And to be honest, I still had a lot of fear.

But it wasn’t until I read “The Power of Your Subconscious Mind” by Dr. Joseph Murphy 3 years ago, that I actually understood the fundamental truths and framework that connects us with our subconscious minds.. Then I started learning more from Dr. Joe Dispenza and the brain’s Theta state - diving deeper into this type of connection with self and making it more science-based then “woo woo”. I was able to follow the guidance and silence all the noise in my head which at the time was filled with fear, worry, angst and restlessness. Instead, I replaced this mental space with thoughts and visions of my dream reality, my income, my home life, my growth and an overall sense of peace.

Today I want to challenge you to start using data and analytics to grow your business, and stop making decisions based on emotions.  It's easy to measure your worth on social media thinking about how many followers you have, or likes on your posts - or even get down on yourself for your email subscribers list not growing as fast as you’d like. This week I want to talk to you about TIME and how you can mold and expand it to help you grow your business.  Did you ever stop to think that we all have the exact same amount of time in the day as Beyonce, or Elon Musk? It’s crazy as we tend to put them into this category of their own “Superhuman” species, but in reality, they have 24 hours each day - just like you and me.

So what allows them to build these giant empires? And if we rewind back in time to when they first started, how did they actually get it all done so they can create success in the first place?

I firmly believe that time is energy, and that we can shape it to our advantage if we are truly intentional about our time each and every day. What does that mean? If you know exactly where and how you spend every minute and hour of your days, you can make the conscious decisions to focus on the important things that bring you joy - and ultimately, growth.

I’m not saying I have all the answers, but I have developed a system that has allowed me to be a full-time mom of two young daughters, a small puppy AND created a 6 figure business in only 6 months - while managing it all.  I live a life that is ultimately stress-free, and I feel every week like I am growing and developing as a person, a woman and as a professional.
