In 2011, Daniel felt a calling to help provide physical fitness training for young children, adolescents, and adults who have special needs. Today, he has certifications from the National Academy of Sports Medicine (ACSM), the National Federation of Personal Trainers (NFPT) and is a Certified Inclusive Fitness Trainer (CIFT).
In 2016 Daniel started Special Strong with his wife Trinity, offering online autism fitness and special needs certification. Twelve months later, the program exploded resulting in a long waiting list of applicants from every corner of the United States.
In 2019 the Steins opened their Special Strong special needs certification program to the public. Their goal is to train others who are interested in autism fitness training as personal trainers or in opening their own autism fitness training centers. Today, they have clients coming to them for certification from all over the world.
Since the debut of Special Strong, Daniel and his team are proud to say they have been instrumental in helping hundreds of clients who live with a variety of conditions.
