His latest EP’s 2018’s “The NigTape’ and 2019’s “Capricorn Son” are available now on streaming sites. His next project (untitled) is slated to release late 1st quarter 2020 is described as a blend of the previous two. “The NigTape was all the way left, Capricorn Son was all the way right, this next project blends both and captures my style and personality perfectly” he says when asked about the project. • S2E11: Why You Need to Detox Your Life
Have you ever thought to yourself: Am I the tocxic one?

This was me several years ago when i continuously found myself in negative environment surrounded by toxic people. I wondered how I kept ending up in the exact places in my life, relationships and career that I did not want to be. I started to take personal inventory and realized there were some things I must let go if I were to ever be the person I always dreamed I would be.

Grab a pen and paper and take notes.

  • S2E9: How to Say Yes to Yourself
When it comes to self care we don't need bubble baths and facials, although those are nice. The real self care is saying yes to yourself and no to what no longer serves you.

This episode gets really personal where I share how I was forced to unlearn some pretty unhealthy behaviors such as people pleasing, overworking and having loose boundaries.

Grab your notebook so you can listen, take notes and learn.

    Do you love yourself?

This is not a rhetorical question. At times in my life I could not say for certain that i did. What I did not know at the time is that so many men and women struggle answering the same question.

Not everyone grew up in love or were taught how to love. Going through an array of experiences both positive and negative impacts the way we view ourselves and how we are able to love ourselves and others.

In today's episode I go deeeeep into how I came to love myself and how I know it for sure and give you some tips on how you can do it too.
