Goals, easy to make hard to keep. In this episode I introduce a strategic approach to making goals. Some of us work better with more directive approaches to outlining our desires and dreams. So if goals aren't for you, that's ok. Stick with Intentions and you will get to where you want to go. Goals are for those of us who are more linear thinking and results focused. This process can be used by anyone and I even include a workbook to walk you through the whole thing. Enjoy!

The hardest part of getting started, is getting started. So often we want to just get to the finish line and we forget that there is a process that supersedes the result. The process itself is what often deters us from going for our dreams, taking risks, and following our heart.
In this episode I talk about how to manage your mind to not quit before you start, what you will need to see your intentions all the way through and specific support that can radically change the outcome of your journey. You are going to want to start something after you listening to this episode.

The new year always bring a wide array of expectations, commitments, and perhaps resolutions. We are bombarded with the external expectations to set out to do something "Great" or "make this the best year yet." The reality is most of us get to February and have jumped ship on whatever that something was. The reason this is because having pressure around expectations and commitments doesn't work.
In this episode I teach how to create INTENTIONS. An approach that is much more personal, profound, and realistic. Intentions won't leave you tired or disappointed, rather than have the power to really build us up, support us and carry us through the entire year.
