Braving the Journey this weeks has Keera Albergaria on. She is a life coach, author and personal trainer. Her passion to help others began when she dedicated time to missions trips as well as in the beginning of her career as a personal trainer. It was during her postpartum with her youngest son, which she was diagnosed with postpartum depression. She decided to turn that pain into a purpose and sought out a way to help other mothers who suffer as well. She became a certified life coach and used her certification to create ways to help others gain strength both mentally as well as physically. Through her workshops, mothers found a community where hardships were worked through. She now dedicates her time to help others cope with everyday adversities.
