• Mergers and Acquisitions – Acted as project lead for the $600M integration of MGM Home Entertainment into regular Sony business operations; conducted due diligence, authored transition manual, managed complex inter-departmental and cross company relationships, liaised with consulting firms (BCG, McKinsey & Co.), presented regularly to all key executive stakeholders. MGM was successfully integrated within 7 months with no major interruptions to core business.
• Transformational Change – Spearheaded major operating model redesign of North American Home Entertainment division. Consulting partnerships included Booz Allen Hamilton
• Strategic Planning – Developed standardized promotional pricing table for North America. Led cross functional teams in the creation of monthly North American Sales & Marketing programs. Above initiatives resulted in YoY market share growth of 5.7% in key market segment representing an additional $200M in value to the company.
