The Russia-Ukraine conflict dominated overnight headlines again with Russia announcing they are ready to hold a second round of talks with Ukraine on Wednesday. On the US front, comments from Powell on plans to dial back the Fed’s interest rate stance settled markets, the Dow Jones rallying through the session, finishing just off highs up 596 points (+1.79%).
