The Dow fell 483 points (-1.4%) overnight, finishing off lows but never touching positive territory. Biden has announced sanctions for Russia in response to the invasion of Ukraine.   • Dow rallies off lows on Biden and sanctions but still down 1.4%.
  • Nasdaq down 1.2%
  • Base metals slightly better. Oil rises 1.5% on invasion.
