The ACLJ filed lawsuits against both the Smithsonian and the National Archives for targeting pro-lifers, and we’ve had our first win in the National Archives case. The government just agreed to enter into a consent order and preliminary injunction requiring them to allow pro-lifers into their facility and requiring them to provide every security officer with a copy of the consent order.
