Jeff Feng describes the next phase of crypto adoption. Increasing regulatory clarity is allowing big institutions to get more involved – “we’re starting to cross that chasm,” he says. “We’re still in the infrastructure phase of crypto,” though, with various entities figuring out how to build out their offerings. Most retail users are only thinking of crypto as an investment asset, he says, but thinks the tech behind crypto, like blockchain, will open that world up more. Education on all levels can help close that gap, Jeff posits.
