We need to push through, put your big boy pants on, you're not sick; yes some of the things we are told when we don't feel well. However, some people fail to understand that allowing sickness coming into your life can make things even more complicated. Then there's us. We push ourselves when we are not feeling well just to earn the reward of feeling worse. I talk about this and my own experience last week as I was diagnosed with the flu.
We go through some really bad situations in life, but perhaps if we look deep enough, we can find something good in our misfortune. We can learn something. Whether it be what not to do next time, or perhaps we can see through the fire that something good happened because of it. It's so hard and it takes time to practice and learn, but it's possible because in the end, everything's possible.
The conditioning of humanity. It starts at an early age and becomes embedded. How we think and act and we never question it. However what if we did. how can we live more authentically and find our true nature. I talk about this. It's a heavy one. You've been warned.
Sometimes when life gets very rough and we get to a point that there's no putting on the brakes. No turning back. We put ourselves in a pit of shame and anger. The thing is we cannot live there. I have been in the pit many times in my life and it has had dire consequences for me and loved ones. I will tell you my survival guide on how to stay out of and what to do if I get close to reentering.
In order to make things work well, we are always told you have to have a plan. Like the old saying goes if you fail to plan, plan to fail. However, we can be always be flexible and look back and what we didn't do last year and what we want to do. Find that excitement and go with it.
I take a minute to talk about my 2024 and give as much wisdom and nuggets I can to help you take in 2024. Reflect on the good and the bad. Reload yourself to prepare to kick ass, and then go do it! You got this. Happy new year!
It’s Christmas time, breathe and bounce style and yes, I get a little carried away. Here I talk to the people who do not like Christmas and validate their feelings and I also put together a little celebration for the ones who do remember in life Yin yang.
Sometimes we hurt too many people and make way too many mistakes and believe there is no hope. I have been really working on myself for a couple of years and I can't let the sins of my past become the roadblocks of my present. Otherwise there is no future. So I talk about how we can build a better version of ourselves and believe everything will work out.
It's a fine line we walk. Learning how to have patience for things to come, but not getting it confused with not taking any action steps to get there. I talk about the dangers and potential losses when it comes to procrastinating, and how some times the waiting is the hardest part, as the poet Tom Petty said, but it may be worth it and much more satisfying.
What does the next level mean to you? Maybe it's a new job, new car, new something. Maybe it is when you peel away a version of yourself and find a more authentic you. Either way, let's talk about this and perhaps you can find what the next level means for you
