Today I talk about the idea that you don't have to live with sad icky feelings forever. They will not be permanent as nothing really is in life. It important to incorporate this into your daily practice, however it is also crucial to remember the good and positive things go away as well. So we have to learn how to be here now to enjoy every second, and learn from the seconds as well.
When we make solid decisions, there is always something that taps on the shoulder that says no no no. This is not good for you. This will destroy you. Well, we have to tell something to piss off and make our decisions and stick with them. The temptation to be comfortable is definitely there, but we must go forward and embrace discomfort, as change comes with it.
I talk about how important self care is and how not having any has very negative effects. I also talk about how some parts of it need to become habits and not just luxuries. I set my goals for self care and doing things that will make me better and stronger physically and mentally, and reach out to you all to do the same.
On the two year anniversary of this brand, I express disappointment on how things have gone. Yet I know it is my issue and I have to up the game. So that's exactly what I plan on doing. I talk about motivating myself to get to the next level and I hope it inspires you to do that as well.
My 100th episode!!! What the hell happened here? Time goes by when you're having fun. I talk about finding about who I am and embracing it no matter what anyone says. Looking for that deep love within and bringing it to yourself first and learning how to share it with the world.
One of the most beautiful things we can do is choose ourselves so we can see and learn what we are really made of. What is hard for us? What is easy? The things that make us super triggered and emotional and the things that make us very happy. I take a look at that about myself and urge you to do the same this week
I am feeling lonely lately, so I am going to talk about it here. I am reaching out to all the lonely souls in the world so we can all come together and talk about how we are feeling. How can we stand up and connect? How can we let our light shine to attract others? We explore this here today
I mean I do have a pretty dope show, but that's not what we are talking about here. We are actually talking about drugs. The role they play in our life, and I talk about my experiences with them and why I went this direction, what made me stop, and hopefully people can learn from it.
Sometimes when we are faced with a difficult decision and risk is involved, we have to make that choice to get uncomfortable and possibly grow. We can't let our mind get in the way. I speak about this and how my own personal experiences have brought me to create this episode.
Is it important for us to react to everything? Most likely it isn't, but sometimes responses are warranted. I speak about my own struggle about this piece and how I was super ultra reactive to anything people said or did to me and it created this beast inside of me. I talk about how I am practicing to respond and not react to news no matter if its good or bad.
