I don’t think we realize how devastating these lockdowns have been on small businesses in so many sectors of our society, and dance studios are just one of many, but their pain is very real.

Brian Crombie interviews Jonathan English, Director of Policy for Transportation and Infrastructure, Toronto Region Board of Trade about their recent report on Getting on the Right Track - Regional Rail for the GTA. Some points:
- irreplaceable legacy of rail corridors radiating from Union Station, both currently used and unused ones
- Should be two-way, all-day service; high frequency; seamless integration with local transit; routes, ticketing and fares.
- Redevelop Union Station and add three more downtown stations at Spadina, Sherbourne and Cherry.
- Electrify and change to single level trains for faster exit, for fast starts, shorter head ways and more frequency
- Add many more stations both in Toronto and in suburbs
- Add lines such as north through Brampton to Mayfield, through Vaughan to Bolton and across the middle of the city north of DuPont.

Brian Crombie interviews Hunter Milborne - CEO of the Milborne Group, a top real estate consulting company and known as the “Condo King”. We discuss the future of the real estate and Condos post-Covid and will downtowns come back. “According to industry expert Hunter Milborne, the COVID-19 lockdown has presented a unique “Christianity” in new construction. He coined the phrase as a conjunction between crisis and opportunity.”

Brian Crombie thought some inspiration to travel and live the dream would be good, so I interview The Lost Two Claudia and Khan, who travel the world, Instagram about it, and make a living as social influencers. They describe themselves as Travel, lifestyle, and Adventure.
I also end the show with a rant about the current government close-downs and the mistakes I fear we are currently making in regards to restaurants, salons, fitness, and small businesses.
