Motive is unclear -- but women are coming forward to report they had sex with the judge in exchange for avoiding jail time and penalties in their criminal cases. In this edition of Brian Entin Investigates, we speak with a woman who says she had sex with Judge Mullins countless times to stay out of jail. Why are dangerous criminals with extensive criminal histories walking out of jail with bonds? In this episode, Brian examines several recent cases he has covered where suspects get released on bond only to then reoffend. In Kentucky, Armond Langford was arrested for kidnapping a mother and two children while he was out of jail after receiving an early release from a judge. In Tennessee, Austin Drummond was out on bond for attempted murder when authorities say he killed four people. And in Oregon, an accused serial killer was released on unrelated charges after fighting wildfires. What is the status of bail reform and is this problem widespread across America? Brian interviews former president of the District Attorneys Association John Flynn.
