Brian Savard is a backcountry legend who grew up skateboarding in Port Alberni on Vancouver Island and went on to travel the world as a professional snowboarder for K2. Brian's powerful style landed him in the pages of snowboarding magazines around the world including Transworld and Snowboarder who sent him to places like India to be the first to shred their epic mountains. Some listeners will remember a Craig Kelly trip to Iran, Brian was a featured rider on that trip. It was an honour to have Brian Savard as this week's podcast guest.
