This episode I talk about the difficult topic of suicide. Only listen if you are mentally prepared for a potentially triggering discussion. I focus on the urge and feeling, not the actual act.
First, I refocus my plans to stick to routines that help my mental heath and overall functioning. Then, I talk about subcultures and online communities.
I share my experiences with lucid dreaming and discuss a quote from Alan Watts. Spirituality and the joy of living in the moment can be a helpful way to heal.
Resilient in spite of these experiences not because of them. This kind of trauma compounds on itself. Not using any medical definition, just speaking for myself. Have compassion for yourself.

Recorded January 3rd. Venting about wanting the pandemic to be over and having to cope with a loved one being misinformed and spreading harmful rhetoric. Segments: Words from a hat. Second hand Therapy.
I’m thinking about mundaneness, online life, and new years resolutions. Introducing new segments. Talking about depression as a spectrum and how to learn from breakups. Feeling hopeful for 2021.
I summarize what I’ve discussed on the podcast so far and my goals for the future. It’s best to have a specific New Years resolution, and start it now.
