Recently the Soros funded District Attorney of Travis County Texas, Jose Garza won his primary race and is on his way to a second term. Jose Garza has quickly earned a reputation for targeting Peace Officers for prosecution. We will be joined by Jennifer Hackney-Szimanski, the Public Affairs Director for the Combined Law Enforcement Association of Texas. We will discuss the impact of Jose Garza on crime in the Austin Texas area. We will draw comparisons to other progressive prosecutors in Los Angeles Ca. and Cook County Ill.

Many jurisdictions are struggling with the contentious issue of Bail Reform. Reformers have argued that bail is discriminatory and unfairly impacts poor people of color. These arguments have not held up in Federal Courts but this has not stop jurisdictions from around the Country from embracing various versions of Bail Reform.I will be joined by two guest to discuss this issue. Todd Rogers the lead plaintiff in a lawsuit challenging Los Angeles County’s current version of bail reform and Ken W. Good of the Professional Bondsmen of Texas. Mr. Good is as attorney and a recognized expert in the Bail/Bond industry. We will discuss various efforts at reform and their results.

Florian Sohnke returns to the show, to update us regarding the race to replace Cook County’s State Prosecutor Kim Foxx. We will discuss the pollical machines choice Clayton Harris and his challenger in the Democratic Primary Judge Eileen O’Neill Burke. We will also discuss recent articles published in The Chicago Contrarian concerning the Civilian Office of Police Accountability and the rebranding of the Windy City.

The March 5 Primary is over in Los Angeles County. I will be joined by California refugee and Retired LA Sheriff Lieutenant John Baylis. We will discuss the election results with a particular focus on the race to Replace Soros funded District Attorney George Gascon. We will go over editorials leading up to the primary by the Los Angeles Times and other news outlets. We will call out their bias and lies.

Briefing with the Chief will be joined by Ret. Assist. Sheriff and current Vice Mayor of the City of Lakewood Ca., Todd Rogers. Vice Mayor Rogers is an expert regarding the Broken Windows Theory and implemented policing strategies derived from this theory. The discussion will show the widespread support of these policies within Law Enforcement, Policy Makers and Politicians in the 1990s and early 2000s. The goal of the discussion is to dispel the myth the implementation of these policies led to systemically racist outcomes.

The most consequential race in the Los Angeles County 2024 Primaries is for District Attorney. Multiple candidates are vying to unseat Soros funded District Attorney George Gascon. Gascon’s policies have been disastrous for Los Angeles County. Violent and property crimes have increased under Gascon. The public now fears for their safety and security. Judge Debra Archuleta has emerged as a serious contender and a forceful advocate of crime victims. I will be joined by Judge Archuleta to discuss her Criminal Justice vision.

On June 14, 2022, two El Monte Police Officers were gunned down in the Line of Duty. They responded to the report of a stabbing at a motel. Officers Michael Paredes and Joseph Santana rescued the victim but were ultimately murdered. The killer, Justin Flores, a known gang member, engaged assisting Officers with gunfire than killed himself. I will be joined by Chief Jake Fisher of the El Monte Police Department to discuss this tragic event, the ongoing investigating and to discuss how his department is coping with this tragic incident.
This episode will also include a visit by California Assembly Candidate Patrick Gipson. He will give his views on a recent hearing by the California Assembly’s Select Committee on Retail Theft.
