Another bad day for The Seagulls as Lee Mason demonstrated his refereeing ‘prowess’ with a shambolic farce of a mess to help Brighton on their way to another harmful defeat. The boys did their bit too by adding to their proud frame-of-goal strike rate in missing not one but TWO penalties!

So there’s a rather animated debate to be had at BRP Towers and herein lies that very thing!

We had the very great pleasure of welcoming a true Albion legend to the pod, in fact probably The Albion’s best ever player to date. He was at the heart of our rise to the top flight in ‘79 and was a rock at the back in our formative years at England’s top football table.

After shining with his dazzling breaks from the back as a roving central defender in his time at The Goldstone he stepped on to even greater heights, winning the very best club trophies available with the Titans that were Liverpool FC, forming a formidable partnership with Alan Hansen.

In recent years he’s been a regular pundit on BBC TV and radio but today he took time to speak to Russ, Pete, Andy B and Robin.
