He is the Complex Coach for the New York Yankees. He is also the Head man for the British National baseball team, a team that played in the 2023 World Baseball Classic and has already qualified for the 2026 WBC. Coach Spencer is ushering in a new wave of British baseball that doesn't look traditional. The team is filled with Black players from all over the Globe.
