    They also talk about Schenkkan’s father’s connection with President Johnson, “All the Way’s” includible leading man Bryan Cranston, the presidential election (which was about a month and a half away at the time they spoke), and the TV show “Gotham,” which stars his nephew Ben McKenzie.
