This one is a bit all over but I found myself podcasting a lot of the random nonsense people share on social me. You know those couples who throw up a happy caption when you know they aren't having sex. My favorite is going on my girlfriend's women only facebook groups. These are straight fire with drama!

Last two and a half years I've committed myself to the very tedious, frugal and unsexy financial task of first getting myself out of debt and then building up my six month emergency fund. These steps are taken straight from Dave Ramsey. I love his baby steps but ignore his crazy religion talk. Don't marry someone's debt but definitely move in with your partner to save money.

It's that time of year where we celebrate the most American holiday... Black Friday. And now also Cyber Monday. I think I genuinely started hating this sales event once they creeped into Thanksgiving Day. Consumer culture at it's finest. And it's tough to resist. I've been working at being a minimalist for two years and those tv deals still tempt me!

The prime example of someone who should have gotten aborted was my girlfriend Sav. Her mom's life would have been so much better. I also discuss how the Animal Planet basically taught me that in the wild the only type of sex is the raping kind. Plus, one of my coworkers is a 40yr old virgin and his best friend is his dad.

Just stop. Phones and the cloud seem to work extremely well. If you send a text give the other person the courtesy to respond back or leave you on read. People who double text are so insecure and needy that I use it as a filter when building relationships. Send your message, put your phone down and go enjoy your life.

My biggest phobia with relationships is settling. Becoming comfortable and no longer trying. This is often easily seen with the way people look after getting into a relationship. For most, their peak looks are in the beginning and it's a steady downhill decline. In this episode I discuss how my girlfriend Sav and I just celebrated 3yrs of dating and how we've both managed to get even hotter.

It's funny how talking bad on CrossFit is such a normal acceptable thing but most treat yoga as though it's the second coming. Yet if you look closing it's just another sport that has set movement patterns that are completely made up and in no way designed to "heal" the body as the cultish community likes to take credit for. While I don't miss the paychecks I do miss the F You attitude you could have being paid minimum wage. It never ceased to amaze me how fear based my colleagues were when we made crap money. For me I always thought, "if they fire me there'll always be more sucky minimum wage jobs." I learned early on that people take their work way too seriously and that being a hard worker counts for little if you're unpopular.

I already hate Thanksgiving, with the dry turkeys, the traffic and the awkward small talk with family members you wouldn't see any other time of the year. Then throw on top a toxic relationship and making your girlfriend cry in front of her family. Good times.

It's hard to enjoy my apartment patio or outdoor areas when it's filled with unhealthy sedentary people taking their crippled cancerous pets out to take constipated poops on wobbly legs with crooked spines. Constantly seeing pups falling apart due to the poor health habits of owners has really made me rethink my own decision of owning a dog, and how I want to ensure I can provide them a life that's better than what I see most living.
